1.1 How do I get my codes to make on-line bookings via prismtourism.com?
The quickest way is to telephone and they will be instantly activated Or you can contact us by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and we will contact you immediately.

1.2 Why can't I gain access with the codes I've been given?

You must remember to enter the codes exactly as they were issued for you, don't forget, capital letters, spaces…etc.

1.3 Can I change my access codes?

In order to do this, all you need to do is contact us and we will give you the code you choose. You may have one code for the whole agency or individual ones for each agent ......... you decide!


2.SOLVING PROBLEMS

2.1 Which is the best set up to have for using the web?
In order to have speed and capacity when using the net, it is advisable to have at least Microsoft Windows 95... We recommend Explorar 5.5 when using the on-line booking service, although installing Explorar 6.0 is also advisable and you can download this free of charge from www.microsoft.en.

2.2 Why can't I see illustrations or interactive maps?

Your computer needs to have Flash Macromedia installed in order to do this. The following are the steps you need to take in order to install this quickly and without charge:

a) Enter
www.macromedia.com/in
b) Press "Install now"
c) Follow the steps as directed in the program.

2.3 Why did it work before but it doesn't now?

We are constantly working to improve booking.prismtourism.com  and it may be that we have brought out a new version and you are still accessing the old one and thus encountering a problem gaining access.

This only happens when you have a direct access in your desktop or you have page in our favourites.

To solve this problem, follow these steps:

a) Enter the net
b) Look at "Tools" (located on the upper bar)
c) Highlight "Internet Options"
d) On accessing another screen, find "Configuration/Set up"
e) On the next screen there are four options. Choose the first: "Every time you visit this site" f) Click Okay
g) Return to the first screen and highlight "Delete Archives"
h) Another box appears on which you click
I) Once again on the first screen and click Okay in the bottom right hand corner
j) Close the net and access manually writing

In this way, your computer can always access the latest version of any site you use or have memorised. It is recommended that you follow this procedure regularly.


3 SERVICES FOR AGENCIES: ONLINE BOOKING.

3.1 Why can't I find the location I'm looking for?
If you wish to find a hotel by town or city, just write the first three letters of the name and the system will carry out a search and show any locations that match.

3.2 How do I know the cost of each search?

When you look at an available booking, you will see the total cost of making a reservation. Click on this and you will be shown an itemised breakdown of the cost.

3.3 How can I know which type of board is being offered?

On the first search screen, when choosing dates, number and type of room .... you can also choose the type of board you require.

Once the system has offered you availabilty and a breakdown (double click on the total cost), the following initials will appear:

RO– room only
BB– bed and breakfast
HB– half board
FB– full board

3.4 How can I know if the booking incurs cancellation costs?

When you make a booking via booking.prismtourism.com not only is it confirmed on the screen in front of you, but you will also receive confirmation by fax and/or email (according on your preferences).

This fax or email will specify the cancellation policy applicable.

If having made a booking and received this policy you realise that costs are already applicable, please contact us immediately in order to solve this small problem.

Very soon we will have created a window that will inform you of costs online!


4. BOOKINGS ALREADY MADE 

4.1 Can I change a booking?
In order to do this, currently you must contact us by phone but very soon we will have the option online .... We will keep you informed!!

4.2 Why can't I access a booking?

In order to find a booking made via booking.prismtourism.com , you have to try using the codes under which you believe it was made.

These are the steps to follow:

a) Agency access
b) Bookings search – access the screen with four search options

b.1 By date: the date on which the booking was made
b.2 By client
b.3 By booking reference
b.4 By hotel

4.3 Can I re-access a voucher for the booking?

Yes, you only need to access the booking as detailed above and double click on the underlined booking reference: the option "print voucher" will come up.

On the voucher itself there are the options : print or email.

4.4 How can I cancel a booking?

You need to access the booking as detailed above. Double clicking on the underlined booking reference will bring up a screen with an option to cancel the booking.

4.5 How can I check my bookings´ status?
If, for example, you wish to know how many bookings you made in June, all you have to do is search bookings by date from 01 June.

This option shows you all the bookings made under that access code from the selected date to today.

If the bookings appear shadowed in grey , they have been cancelled and the date of the cancellation will also appear.

If they do not appear shadowed, the booking is still active.
